Powder coating and assembly
The last two stages: finished in-house, then built up and delivered ready to use.
Powder coating is applied in-house, and complete assembly is handled here too, so work can leave as a finished item rather than as a box of parts.
Finishing in the same shop changes what can be said about timing. When coating is a booking with another business, the schedule belongs to them, and any delay lands on the customer at the end of the job.
It also means the parts being coated are parts we made. Anything needing attention before finish is caught by people who know how the part was built and what it has to do.
Assembly is where work is proved. Components are put together and anything that does not sit right is dealt with here, rather than discovered by you when it arrives.
Custom manufacturing solutions are handled the same way, built and finished to suit the job rather than to suit whatever happens to be on a shelf.
What leaves is ready for real-world production, across motorsports, off-road, SXS and UTV, industrial manufacturing, agriculture and custom fabrication.
Powder coating is the last stage of work that started somewhere else in the building, usually at 3D scanning or scan to CAD modeling, and passed through CNC tube bending or sheet metal cutting and forming on the way.
Because the powder coating happens where the parts were made, a finish is chosen knowing what the part is for and how it was built. Anything that needs attention before coating is caught by the people who built it rather than by a booking clerk at another business.
Finished and assembled work is posted on the Infinity Fabrication Instagram. The projects page has more of it. To talk about a job, request a quote.

Common questions about powder coating and assembly
Is the powder coating done in-house?
Yes, in the same shop, applied to the parts we built. Nothing is shipped out to wait in another business queue between stages.
Do parts leave assembled or as components?
Assembled. Work leaves as a complete, finished item rather than as a box of components with a drawing on top.
Why does finishing in-house make a difference?
When coating is a booking with another business the schedule belongs to them, and any delay lands on the customer at the end of the job.
Which industries do you finish and assemble for?
Motorsports, off-road, SXS and UTV, industrial manufacturing, agriculture and custom fabrication.
