CNC tube bending and notching produces tube parts directly from a digital model, so what comes off the machine matches what was designed.

Notching is handled alongside the bending, which means joints arrive prepared rather than needing to be opened up and fettled by hand.

That matters most where a lot of tubes meet. Every joint that fits as modeled is a joint nobody has to pack out or cut again, and the time saved is time that would otherwise come out of the build.

The work runs from a released model, and that model can come from a scan of an existing part, from a design built here, or from CAD you already hold.

Nothing is re-entered by hand between the model and the machine. Removing that step removes the place where errors usually get in.

Parts are checked against the model before they go any further. A bend that is out is far cheaper to find while the tube is still on the bench than after an assembly has been welded up around it.
